Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to the full session fee.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, your session may be shortened or treated as a missed appointment.

If something unexpected arises, please get in touch as soon as possible. Exceptional circumstances will be considered with care.
